Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. operates as F.A.A. Repair Station #RF3R813L & EASA.145.5554 and warrants its Re-Cored and Overhauled products - as well as any additional repair work which may have performed by us - to be free from defects while under normal usage to the extent and subject to the conditions set forth in the categories below:

A. Re-Cored Products - Warranty period is 24 months from date of shipment from Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. - with unlimited hours of operation.

B. Overhauled Products - Warranty period is 6 months (180 days) from date of first installation - or 100 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.

C. Thermostatic Products - Warranty period as follows:

1. Factory New Components: 1 year from date of shipment from Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc.

2. Serviceable or Yellow Tagged Components: 90 days from date of first installation - or 180 days from date of shipment from Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc., whichever occurs first.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A Re-Cored product is defined as any component in which Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. has installed a factory new core matrix assembly, utilizing existing castings and other such items, as appropriate. This component will also have been serviced by us to meet OEM specifications.

An Overhauled product is defined as any component which Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. has serviced to meet OEM specifications.

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any product or component offered by Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc., weather Re-Cored, Overhauled, or Factory New, which has been improperly handled, stored, installed, repaired, or altered in any way after leaving our facility. Nor shall this Limited Warranty apply to any product or component that has sustained damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of God occurring outside our facility.

Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. reserves the right to apply remedies under this Limited Warranty in the form of repair or replacement of a covered component, as we see fit. The owner of any component covered by this Limited Warranty shall be responsible for any and all transportation costs associated with the component’s safe return to our facility for correction of any covered defect.

Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc. makes no express or implied warranty of any kind, other than expressly set forth above. The limited warranties set forth above are exclusive and supersede any and all other warranties, express or implied, without limitation. No warranty is made, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness of any covered component for any particular purpose. The only remedies under this Limited Warranty are set forth above and specifically do exclude remedy or compensation for any and all incidental and / or consequential damages. No agreement that either varies, extends, or otherwise attempts to modify the foregoing shall be effective unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Pacific Oil Cooler Service, Inc.
