Each Overhauled oil cooler in our massive inventory has undergone our exclusive Twenty-Five Step Overhaul Process to ensure flawless performance on your aircraft. Each has been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, pressure tested, repaired as needed, inspected, and its fins straightened.

When they're needed, we perform only expert quality weld-repairs to our Overhauled oil coolers. We've never used epoxy - and we never will; Epoxy might stop a cracked oil cooler from leaking, for a little while. But epoxy won't prevent the crack from growing - and leaking oil again, only a properly applied weld can do both.

As a final step, we even go so far as to apply the very same Iridite anti-corrosion finish - just like the manufacturer did when the oil cooler was brand new.

Each of our Overhauled and Re-Certified oil coolers come with Yellow Tag attached and are warranted for 90 days / 100Hrs. Our Overhauled oil coolers are available for immediate shipment to you on an Exchange basis, or may be purchased Outright (ie; with, or without a trade-in core).
